Along with Sunday, the days to be observed as Holy Days of Obligation are: December 25th, Nativity of the Lord, and January 1st, Holy Mary Mother of God / Circumcision of Our Lord. In accordance with Codex Iuris Canonici, Can. 1246 § 2, all other Holy Days are transferred by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops to the nearest Sunday including:
